Regis is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm including but not limited to fundraising, sourcing, negotiations, transaction structuring, due diligence, transaction execution, and leadership of the company post-acquisition.

Tadeal has over 6 years of accounting, investor relations, financing, and auditing with small and large teams for Leidos, ABAS-USA, GetWellNetwork, RLJ Entertainment, and Fidelis Cybersecurity. Most recently, Tadeal served as the FP&A Manager reporting directly to the CFO of a $70M business.
